Menahem Shalgi, Chairman

Mr. Shalgi held a variety of senior executive positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX). In his last position at Amdocs he served as Vice President Business Development and M&A leading the strategy thinking of new business and executed the acquisitions and the PMI. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Executive Account Manager responsible for large international Telecommunication Companies in the Far East, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Korea, China and Thailand. Mr. Shalgi also served as CEO of WIZTEC and as manager of the Computer Department of Bank Israel in Tel Aviv. Currently Mr. Shalgi serves on the board of directors of several companies as well as volunteering to various community services. Mr. Shalgi holds a BA in Economics and Statistics. Tel Aviv University, Israel and a M.Sc. in Computer Sciences Weitzman Institute of Science, Israel.

Ronit Brustin, Co-Chairman

President and partner of "Coachteam". Prior to Coachteam Mrs. Brustim held a variety of executive positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX). At her last position with Amdocs Mrs Brustin served as Head of Economy, Planning and Control Division.
Mrs. Brustin holds a BA in Economics, Bar Ilan University, Israel and an MBA in Business, Tel Aviv University, Israel

Eran Privman Ph.D., Co-Chairman

Dr. Privman held several executive positions in Amdocs (DOX), some of which were: General Manager of Amdocs's Australian subsidiary, and VP positions. After Amdocs Dr. Privman managed the R&D division at Partner (Orange Israel). Prior to Amdocs, Dr. Privman served in the IAF as combat pilot and several R&D positions.

Dr. Privman holds a PhD in Neuroscience at Tel-Aviv University and Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel.

Artzi Benkuzari, Managing Partner

Mr. BenKuzari held a variety of senior executive roles at Amdocs. In his last position at Amdocs , Mr. BenKuzari served as VP development ,established and managed a large scale projects mainly in the Far East. Currently Mr. BenKuzari is a consultant to various High-Tech companies. Mr. BenKuzari holds a BA in Economics and Statistics, and an M.Sc in Operation Research-Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Amir Goldstein, Managing Partner

Mr. Goldstein held a variety of executive positions at Amdocs in Israel, US and New Zealand. After Amdocs Mr. Goldstein also served as VP MIS of Cellcom Israel's largest cellular company, and later as CEO of Botticelli Venture Funds. Currently Mr. Goldstein serves on the board of directors of several companies as well as voluntary activities for the community. Mr. Goldstein holds a BA in Economics, Tel-Aviv University, Israel

Gabby Levy, Managing Partner

Mr. Levy held a variety if senior executive roles at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) in Australia, UK and Israel. In his last position at Amdocs, Mr. Levy served as President of its Billing Products Division. In this position he was responsible for business, customers and Amdocs New Billing platform. After Amdocs, Mr. Levy served as the CEO and President of Unipier Mobile Ltd.
Mr. Levy holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Irit Israeli-Kahana, Managing Partner

For over 3 decades Irit Israeli-Kahana held a variety of executive positions in the high tech industry both in Israel and the United States.
In her last position as VP Delivery at FTS, Ms. Israeli-Kahana was responsible for all the company’s projects, QA and Customer care.

Prior to FTS Ms. Israeli-Kahana spent over 10 years with Amdocs where she held various executive positions. In her last position at Amdocs Irit was VP delivery in charge of large scale projects, had P&L responsibility of large accounts, and took part in the development and implementation of Amdocs product development methodology.
Prior to Amdocs, Ms. Israeli-Kahana spent 8 years with IBS, where she worked her way up to the role of Manager of Information Systems.Today Ms. Israeli-Kahana is an independent consultant and is committed to promote projects with a social agenda.

Ms. Israeli-Kahana holds a MA in Computer Science from Boston University and MA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

Ron Shachori, Managing Partner

Mr. Shachori has 24 years of software development and management experience and has held a variety of roles in Amdocs in Israel and Australia.
In the last 7 years he specialized in software support systems, processes and measurements.
Mr. Shachori holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv university, Israel.
