Alon Aginsky
Alon Aginsky, the President, CEO and Founder of cVidya Networks has over 18 years of management and marketing experience in the telecommunications, software development and network management industries. Prior to cVidya, Mr. Aginsky was Vice President of Business Development and Business Alliances at C. Mer Industries, where he was responsible for new ventures in Telco Customer Care and Billing and Network Management Solutions.Mr. Aginsky has also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mer Telemanagement Solutions (NASDAQ: MTSL) and President & CEO of MCS USA, where he was responsible for the company's global marketing and sales efforts. In this capacity, Mr. Aginsky successfully led a public offering of MTS on the NASDAQ. Mr. Aginsky holds a BA in Business Administration from New York Technology University.

Ziyon Amram
Mr. Ziyon Amram held a variety of senior executive positions during his long career in Amdocs (NYSE: DOX). In his recent roles as a Vice President of the company he has been managing some of its major operations and business engagements in North America.
In late 2003 he has joined Tecnomatix Technologies (Nasdaq: TCNO), a world leader in the area of Digital Manufacturing solutions, as an Executive Vice President. Following the Tecnomatix acquisition by UniGraphics Solutions (UGS), the world leader in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software he has assumed the overall responsibility for the Tecnomatix product line and holds this position following the recent UGS acquisition by Siemens AG (NYSE: SI).
Ziyon Amram holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences and a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, both from Tel-Aviv University in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Zvi Arom
Mr. Arom held several executive positions in Amdocs (DOX), some of which were: COO of Clarify, the CRM division of Amdocs; General Manager of Amdocs's Australian subsidiary, in charge on all the aspects of establishing the Amdocs's outsourcing services in Melbourne Australia; VP Delivery, in charge of the development and implementation of large scale projects for large customers in North America and QLC manager in charge of all the QA and Training activities for Amdocs and Amdocs customers world wide. Today, Mr. Arom is an independent consultant and is on the advisory board of YaData Ltd.

Mr. Beilis is the founder and Chairman of Formula Ventures Ltd., the GP of Formula Ventures I and Formula Ventures II funds. Mr. Beilis is also the Chairman of Formula Vertex UK Ltd. Mr. Beilis was a director at Formula Systems Ltd. which he joined as CEO of Argotec, its investment arm. Prior to Formula Mr. Beilis was the CEO of Clal Computers and Technology (a public holding company, part of Clal group) and held several senior positions in the IT industry. Dr. Yosi Ben Dov
Dr. Ben-Dov is the CEO of Time To Know, a company that aims to revolutionize the Education world by creating the first Digital Teaching Platform with interactive Core Curriculum. Prior to that Dr. Ben-Dov was the CEO of Schema Ltd, after serving as a VP at Amdocs, and a Managing Director at Prudential Securities. Dr. Ben-Dov taught at the Hebrew University, Israel and at and the University of Pennsylvania. Shmuel Blank
For 7 years since 2005 Mr. Blank was the founder and Manager of TCS (Tata Consultancy Services in Israel). Prior to that he was founder and CEO of HP-OMS )Israel's HP subsidiary for Outsourcing and Managed Services), and CEO of LADPC (Local Authorities Data Processing Center). Simon Cassif
Mr. Cassif acted for several years as President of Amdocs Europe, based at Amdocs’ European Headquarters in London, where his main priority was the development of business partnerships with its strategic customers in Europe. In this role, he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and strengthening the company's Tier One customer base.
Prior to that, Simon acted as Vice President, responsible for business development and delivery of solutions to a variety of Amdocs’ customers.Prior to joining Amdocs, Mr. Cassif acted in several roles as Vice President, Customer Service Executive, and Chief Information Officer at Bezeq, Israel’s telecommunications company. Mr. Cassif has substantial experience in developing and delivering large-scale IT solutions to the telecommunications industry and has significant expertise in supporting Tier One operators and growing their business.Mr. Cassif is currently active as Board member and consultant for certain hi-tech companies abroad. Mr. Cassif holds an M.Sc. degree in Operations Research and B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Industrial & Management Engineering.

Avraham Credi
Avraham Credi has been employed by Motorola Israel since 1969. Avraham held a variety of senior executive roles in Motorola. Since 1998 Avraham was the director of Motorola design center in Israel. The design center developed a variety of product families for Motorola for few markets. Public safety Radios, Courier market mobile computers, Rugged computers, cellular phones and others.
Avraham has a B.Sc. in electronic engineering from the Technion.

Adina Enden
For the last 25 years Adina Enden held a variety of executive positions in the hight tech industry both in Israel and the United States. In her last position, Adina served as the General Manager of Dvtel. Prior to Dvtel Adina was the CEO of Smarteam.
Adina Enden was one of the first employees of Comverse Technology where she held various executive positions. In her last position at Comverse, Adina was Manager and EVP of the SMS division responsible for more than 100 Milion Dolar of revenues per year.
Adina Enden is serving as a professional board member in several startups and is the founder of Kellogg Recanati Enterpreneurship community (KREC). KREC assists enterpreneurs in the very early stages to flourish their companies.
Adina Enden holds a Bsc in Computer Science from the Tel-Aviv University and a joint MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Recanati School of Business Administration, Tel-Aviv University.

Irit Israeli-Kahana
For over 3 decades Irit Israeli-Kahana held a variety of executive positions in the high tech industry both in Israel and the United States.
In her last position as VP Delivery at FTS, Ms. Israeli-Kahana was responsible for all the company’s projects, QA and Customer care.
Prior to FTS Ms. Israeli-Kahana spent over 10 years with Amdocs where she held various executive positions. In her last position at Amdocs Irit was VP delivery in charge of large scale projects, had P&L responsibility of large accounts, and took part in the development and implementation of Amdocs product development methodology.
Prior to Amdocs, Ms. Israeli-Kahana spent 8 years with IBS, where she worked her way up to the role of Manager of Information Systems.Today Ms. Israeli-Kahana is an independent consultant and is committed to promote projects with a social agenda.
Ms. Israeli-Kahana holds a MA in Computer Science from Boston University and MA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

Ronen Kertis, the Managing Director of ITG Israel, a branch of its public parent company ITG (NYSE:ITG www.itg.com), has been working for ITG since 2001 in various Technology roles including 4 years being based in London as the company’s regional CTO. Nehemya Lemelbaum
Mr. Nehemia Lemelbaum has been a Director of Amdocs since December 2001 and was a Senior Vice President of Amdocs Management Limited from 1985 until January 2005.
At present Mr. Lemelbaum owns EHYN Holdings Ltd. He also owns equity positions in various Israeli and international companies. Mr. Lemelbaum has been a director of Amdocs and was a Senior Vice President of Amdocs Management. Prior to Amdocs Mr. Lemelbaum held several senior positions in the IT and Telecom industry.

Yaron Lemelbaum
Mr. Lemelbaum is an experienced Film Producer. Since 2007 Mr Lemelbaum is also involved in Investment Research and Managment, and serves on the Board of Directors of Israeli listed public companies AMS Electronics and BSR Europe.
Mr. Lemelbaum holds a BA in Computer Science from IDC, and MBA from Columbia University
Dov (Dubi) Levanon R.I.P
Mr. Levanon held a variety of senior executive roles in the Telecom Infrastructure and Services areas. In his last position at ECI Telecom, Mr. Levanon served until 2007 as General Manager of its EMEA Business Group. In this position he was responsible for business, branches and customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to ECI, Mr. Levanon spent 10 years in executive roles of Regional Management at Comverse and Actelis, as well as founding and heading a startup to provide a multiservice platform to tier-1 operators. Currently Mr. Levanon serves as an advisor to startup companies and to IAI. Mr. Levanon holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa.

Gabby Levy
Mr. Levy held a variety if senior executive roles at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) in Australia, UK and Israel. In his last position at Amdocs, Mr. Levy served as President of its Billing Products Division. In this position he was responsible for business, customers and Amdocs New Billing platform. After Amdocs, Mr. Levy served as the CEO and President of Unipier Mobile Ltd.

Shiloh Miller
Shiloh miller has been active as lawyer over 35 years in Europe based in Brussels and London. He has manager the European branch of Haim Zadok law office in Brussels (the first law firm in Europe). The firm merged with European lawyers and named Miller, Bolle and Partners of which Mr Miller was co-managing partner until 2007.
Mr Miller advised a wide range of multinational companies, among others, Israeli companies expanding to Europe, in various industries and businesses (high-tech, agri-tech, defence, manufacturing, banking, real-estate, bio-pharma, petrochemicals, etc) on different domestic and cross border issues, including corporate, commercial, finance and banking, tax, IP and litigation.
Mr Miller has also acted as counsel and member of the board of directors of companies and associations which have set up presence in Europe.
Since 2007, he has been acting for an investment group based in London.

Gady Munz
Mr. Munz worked for 14 years, until the end of 2009, for Manpower Inc. In his last role he held the position of Managing Director Southern EMEA Region. His Region included: Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Israel, Greece, South Africa, Turkey and Portugal with total revenue exceeding $2.5 billion and staff of 4000. Southern EMEA was the most fast growing, profitable, efficient and productive Region in Manpower worldwide. During his term as a Regional Managing Director, revenue grew more than 3 folds and operational profit more than 7 folds. Mr. Munz headed and served on several boards (internal and external) and led several successful acquisitions and Joint Ventures.
Before joining Manpower, Mr. Munz owned a consulting company that operated in the United States and Israel, specializing in M&A, Business Development and Marketing planning. He started his career as a programmer in the Israeli Air Force. Then he was the co-founder of Manof Systems, specializing in message switching and electronic fund transfer software, where he served as its Executive Vice President of R&D and Operations, supervising 100+ developers, and later as the operations manager of its U.S. office. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics, advanced studies in Computer Science, Business Administration and Operations Research at Tel Aviv University and several Management Programs at INSEAD and IMD.

Eliezer (Lazy) Oren
Mr. Oren serves as President and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board at Matrix IT. Mr. Oren started his career in the IDF where he served 7 years. In his last position Mr. Oren served as CTO of the IDF HR IT unit. Following his military service Mr. Oren worked for ATL (now Ness) and shortly after that he founded Applicom Systems and served as its CEO till it merged with Matrix in 2003.
In 1994 Applicom was issued to the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Until its merger with Matrix, Applicom developed to the scope of 550 employees.
Mr. Oren holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science at Tel-Aviv University, Summa Cum Laude.

Shalom Passy
Mr. Passy held a variety of senior executive roles in his 20 years at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX). From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Passy was a Senior Vice President, member of Amdocs Management, founder and President of the cross divisions Delivery Group, Head of Operations & Amdocs Development Centers in India & Cyprus and CEO of Amdocs Israel.In 1998-2004 Mr. Passy led Amdocs penetration and expansion in Russia, East & Central Europe and was for 2 years a Group President in Europe, and later the COO of Amdocs’ Product Group.From 1991 through 1997, Mr. Passy was one of Amdocs pioneers of the Billing solution with SWBT (today AT&T) in St. Louise, and then as Amdocs Account Manager for Bell Atlantic (today Verizon) in Washington D.C. In 2011 & through mid-2012, Mr. Passy was the COO of Time to Know.In late 2010, Mr. Passy graduated the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School.

Eran Privman Ph.D., Co-Chairman
Dr. Privman held several executive positions in Amdocs (DOX), some of which were: General Manager of Amdocs's Australian subsidiary, and VP positions. After Amdocs Dr. Privman managed the R&D division at Partner (Orange Israel). Prior to Amdocs, Dr. Privman served in the IAF as combat pilot and several R&D positions.

Etty Yairi
Etty Yairi has been with Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) for over 20 years specializing in product management and business development, of new innovative software products, some of which have brought Amdocs industry awards . Over the years she has initiated and led product development and strategy setting, in areas such as; VOIP, Content management, Revenue settlement , eCommerce , Self service, Business Intelligence ,Mobile Sale Force Automation, Advertising & Media, CRM and OSS systems .
Prior to Amdocs, Etty was division manager at Contahal –now part of Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) where she gained product management experience both in Israel and the USA, through designing comprehensive financial products for major Israeli companies and a Logistic Support System for the US Navy.
Etty holds a BSc. Degree in Mathematics from California Polytechnic University, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Recanati School of Business Administration, Tel-Aviv University

Avigdor Yeger
Mr. Yeger held a variety of executive positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) in Israel, US and Sweden. In his last position at Amdocs , Mr. Yeger served as VP in one of the divisions and prior to that as Manager of the Jerusalem Branch of Amdocs Israel.
Mr. Yeger also served as VP operational at Elnet Ltd. the first company in Israel to establish countrywide network providing Information services, electronic mail, and electronic data transferring.
